Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via veganizing-everything.com from VEGANIZING EVERYTHING (Owner: Pascal Knopf, Hertzstraße 16a, 76187 Karlsruhe, Germany; support@veganizing-everything.com) (“we/us”).
Our offer comprises:

• Digital content: paid access to recipe pages and downloadable eBooks.
• Physical goods: small printed booklets and other printed items.
  Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms apply to both categories.

2. Customers & Account
Purchases require a customer account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products, Access & Availability
3.1 Digital content grants access to specific recipe pages and/or eBook files for your personal, non-transferable use. No physical shipment is associated with digital content.
3.2 Physical goods are shipped to the countries offered at checkout; availability may vary by destination.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be for resale or commercial purposes.

4. Prices & Taxes
4.1 All prices are final. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (small-business regulation) we do not charge VAT.
4.2 Customers outside Germany (incl. outside the EU) are responsible for any local taxes, duties, customs or import fees that may apply.

5. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting your order and completing payment, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or when access to the digital content is provided / the physical goods are dispatched.

6. Payment Methods
Payments are processed by WooPayments/Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and, if enabled, PayPal. Your payment details are handled by the respective provider.

7. Delivery / Provision
7.1 Digital content: Access is provided immediately after successful payment by unlocking the relevant recipe page in your account and/or by providing the eBook download.
7.2 Physical goods: We dispatch from Germany to the destinations shown at checkout. Shipping times shown are estimates only.

8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Digital content (recipe access & eBooks): For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun after your express consent and confirmation that you lose your right of withdrawal when performance starts. We obtain this consent during checkout.
8.2 Physical goods: Your statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable) and how to exercise them are set out in our Cancellation Policy linked at checkout.

9. Refunds
9.1 Digital content: After access has been granted/download made available per Section 8.1, refunds are generally not possible, except where required by law (e.g., a defect attributable to us).
9.2 Physical goods: Refunds, return conditions and any handling of shipping costs are governed by our Cancellation Policy (subject to applicable law).

10. Intellectual Property
All recipes, texts, images, eBooks and other site content are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to view/use for private purposes only. Redistribution, public sharing or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties; in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

12. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing Law & Language
German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your habitual residence remain unaffected. The contract language is English; where translations are provided, the English version prevails.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms with effect for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
