All physical products are shipped from Germany. Digital products such as e-books and single recipe downloads are delivered as instant downloads and do not incur any shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Germany

  • 3.50 € – up to 1000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; sent as Warenpost / letter mail)
  • 4.35 € – 1000-2000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; Warenpost with surcharge or small parcel)
  • 8.50 € – from 2000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; larger orders, DHL parcel)

European Union

  • from 8.90 € – up to 1000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; sent as Warenpost / letter mail)
  • from 15.90 € – 1000-2000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; Warenpost with surcharge or small parcel)
  • from 19.90 € – from 2000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; larger orders, DHL parcel)

United Kingdom

  • from 11.90 € – up to 1000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; sent as Warenpost / letter mail)
  • from 21.90 € – 1000-2000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; Warenpost with surcharge or small parcel)
  • from 29.90 € – from 2000 g (incl. 100 g packaging; larger orders, DHL parcel)

The exact shipping rate shown at checkout always reflects the total weight and destination of your order.

Digital products (E-Books & recipes)

E-books and single recipe downloads are digital-only products. You will not receive a physical copy, and no shipping fees are charged for these items. After payment you receive an order confirmation email with your personal download links.

Processing & delivery times

  • Order processing: usually 1–3 business days until your parcel is handed over to the postal service.
  • Germany: approx. 3–7 business days after shipping.
  • European Union: approx. 5–14 business days after shipping.
  • United Kingdom: approx. 7–21 business days after shipping.

Preorders

If you preorder a booklet (for example Everything Vegan 02), the approximate shipping date will be shown on the product page. All preorder copies of Everything Vegan 02 are planned to ship from 5 December 2025 onwards. I will do my best to ensure EU orders arrive before Christmas, but delivery times can depend on the postal service and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, duties & taxes

For deliveries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom), additional customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by you directly to the carrier or customs office in your country.
